Mission
The mission of the Ohio Valley Entomological Association (OVEA) is to:
- Encourage and cultivate the professional development of students through continued sponsorship of an Annual Forum.
- Promote the study of entomology as a science.
- Reward student excellence in academic achievement.
- Improve public awareness and understanding of the science of entomology.

Membership
The Ohio Valley Entomology Association is open to anyone with an interest in entomology. Students may become full members with all membership privileges including voting, serving on committees and as Association officers.
