If you participated in the on site conference in January, you automatically have a booth that will be included in the virtual exhibit hall.

Virtual exhibiting can be purchased for $350 with additional reps at $295 each.

2024 On Site Information

The information below pertains to the 2024 conference. 2025 Exhibitor information will be updated in the fall.

Early Reservation Deadline — December 15, 2023
Advanced Registration will close on January 3, 2024 and reopen for walk-in registration on January 8.

The Center for Urban and Industrial Pest Management at Purdue invites you to exhibit at the 87th Annual Pest Management Conference. We are excited to announce that we will be doing a hybrid (onsite and virtual) program this year. We will offer the traditional Exhibit Hall setup as well as a virtual booth. Exhibitors are requested to make their displays as educational as possible so that they supplement the program. Exhibitors should anticipate 350-400 visitors to their physical display during the conference. Due to heavy response from exhibitors and space limitations, only reservations received with full payment by January 3, 2024 are guaranteed space. Our spaces are reserved based on the order in which you pay in full, so register early to arrange for a good spot in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibit space remaining after this date will be available on a first-come first-served basis.

Monday, January 8 – Exhibition and Reception
4:30pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday, January 9 – Exhibition and Boxed Lunches
10:30am – 2:00pm

Virtual Exhibit Booths
Viewable for virtual attendees from launch (mid-December) through January 19, 2024 @ 5pm. We anticipate the greatest web traffic will occur during the active portion of the virtual event (January 9-12).

Fees

$775. Register by December 15th to get the early registration discounted rate of $675.

All additional reps that will be working your booth will pay $525 each.

There is no limit to the number of spaces an exhibitor may purchase. Single exhibits requiring more than 8 ft. of space will be charged for two (2) 8 ft. spaces. The exhibit fee includes conference registration for one company representative per exhibit. All registrations include a virtual booth to personalize on our conference virtual platform.
